The Equine Academy Instructor Program is an all-in-one, pre-packaged educational addition to your program, at NO COST to you!

Think of the Instructor Program as similar to the colored belt system in karate. As your students progress in what they've watched/learned from the Equine Academy, they will earn points, achieve tiers, and receive rewards (optional).

Program Overview:

• Instructors receive a $5/month/student stipend from the Equine Academy for each student enrolled, while students receive a 25% monthly discount on the Equine Academy program.
• Pre-made masterclass material for your students - topics both riding and horsemanship/care related that they can benefit from outside of your regular riding lessons. With over 80 videos and 26+ hours of content and growing, the Equine Academy was made to further the riding education of the typical Adult Amateur and Junior rider - your clientele!
• Pre-made achievement tier template, customizable to discipline and per instructor's preferences
• Suggestions for achievement rewards (to be provided by instructor).
• Instructors also receive a free Equine Academy membership for their own use to be able to stay up-to-date with all new content and further their own education if they desire.
• While all of the educational content, suggested point values, tiers/levels, and suggested rewards are provided to the instructor to make implementation as easy as possible, instructors are also free to customize the program to meet their own desires.
• The Instructor Program is made to supplement your existing lesson program. Oftentimes in-person lessons are completely focused on riding, when there is so much more that you, as an instructor, would like to teach both on, and off-, the horse, but don't have the time.
